NHTSA complaint 11001967WINDOWS WERE MANUFACTURED IN MEXICO. WINDOWS DO NOT FIT AND IMPROPERLY INSTALLED.CLAIM WAS MADE AND AND DENIED WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD. KEYSTONE AFTER WARRANTY WAS OUT CHANGED COMPLAINT TO ANOTHER CAUSE WITHOUT INSPECTION AND DENIED AGAIN AS OUT OF WARRANTY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
NHTSA complaint 10981437THE DEADBOLT LOCK ON THE DOOR OF THE TRAILER WOULD NOT UNLOCK. WE HAD TO CLIMB TROUGH THE EMERGENCY WINDOW, BUT THE LOCK WOULD NOT TURN FROM THE INSIDE EITHER SO WE HAD TO UNSCREW AND REMOVE THE DOOR HANDLE. THEN REMOVE THE DEADBOLT SO WE COULD USE THE DOOR. THE SECOND INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED WAS ON 7/5/2015. WHEN WE RETURNED HOME FROM OUR TRIP WHILE WASHING THE CAMPER WE NOTICED THE AXLE SPRING SHACKLE WAS HANGING DOWN. UPON INSPECTION WE REALIZED THAT THE BOLT WAS MISSING AND AT SOME POINT MUST HAVE SNAPPED OFF THE VEHICLE WHILE WE WERE TOWING IT. LUCKILY WE DID NOT CRASH. THE PASSENGER SIDE SUSPENSION WAS SITTING ON THE FRAME OF THE TRAILER.
