THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BATTERY VOLTAGE WAS LOW AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED OR RECHARGED. THE BATTERY WAS RECHARGED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE.
