MERCEDES SENT SEVERAL LETTERS STATING RECALL 2019080011 AFFECTS THIS VEHICLE AND DIRECTING ME TO THE LOCAL DEALER TO HAVE THE STEERING RACK REPLACED. LOCAL DEALER WILL NOT PERFORM REPAIR. RECALL DOES NOT SHOW UP ON MERCEDES RECALL DATABASE. CUSTOMER CARE HAS NOT RESOLVED ISSUE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS - YET RECALL LETTERS FROM MERCEDES KEEP COMING. LETTERS REFERENCE NHTSA RECALL #18V850
